Wildfish: A Production Studio With a Store Built In
The challenge
Wildfish is a film and photography production studio with a strong visual identity and its own merch line. The site had to be two things at once: an editorial portfolio that sells production work, and a real store selling the apparel, without either half feeling bolted on.
The build
One WordPress build, two jobs:
- Editorial, lookbook-led portfolio for the film and photo work
- A WooCommerce merch store (SKLEP) integrated into the same identity
- Dark, image-heavy design tuned to stay fast
The results
The studio site runs under my hosting and care plan today at wildfish.studio, still carrying both the portfolio and the brand.
Built today, a store like this plugs straight into my AI-first stack: TrackTrendy insights with an AI assistant reading the numbers, SendMerlin for campaigns, and Orbit to run a product launch end to end, from social posts and mailing list to Google reviews and AI-drafted replies to customer enquiries.
